Ordering Guidelines

Order Process

1. Select the style, size, quantity, and other specifications.

2. Confirm the specifications and discuss the details with Leatai to get a quote.

3. After confirmation, a deposit will be collected, and the order must be signed back. Once both parties confirm, the drafts will be created.

4. Once the drafts are confirmed without errors, sample or mass production will start.

5. After production is completed, the products will be shipped, and the balance must be paid before shipment.

How Long is the Delivery Time?

Excluding sample making, for products that reach the MOQ, it typically takes about 40-55 days.

Customized details will require additional time.

Can I Borrow Samples?

Of course, you can, but we hope you can personally visit Leatai. Due to the wide variety of products, sending 1-2 samples without understanding your needs might not meet your expectations and could waste your valuable time. We recommend choosing from our website, as Leatai offers various products and professional explanations. After understanding your needs, we can quickly plan the most suitable products for you.

If you are not in the Taipei area, would you still expect customers to visit your company to borrow samples personally?

Certainly not, but we encourage and welcome you to visit our company to view samples. This way, you can see the most samples, and choosing the style and products that suit your needs is more manageable.

Additional Information

1. Our quoted prices include covers and standard inner pages. All basic prices are EXW, excluding taxes. Typing, design layout, and shipping costs are calculated separately.

2. Layout arrangements will incur a layout fee, and proofreading and modifications are limited to two revisions. From the third revision onwards, each revision will incur an additional cost.

3. When placing an order, please pay a deposit so that we can prepare materials. Production will commence once both the deposit and order are received. Please pay the balance before shipment. Thank you very much.
